These terms govern your use of the website at delegateain.com ("Site") operated by DelegateAI sp. z o.o., a private limited company registered in Poland with its registered office at Aleja Monte Cassino 26, 75-412 Koszalin, Poland ("DelegateAI", "we", "us").

By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms cover website use only. Separate written service agreements govern individual client engagements.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. To the extent permitted by applicable Polish and EU law, DelegateAI excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Site and its content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. 8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Koszalin, Poland, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
