1. Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of the website at delegateain.com ("Site") operated by DelegateAI sp. z o.o., a private limited company registered in Poland with its registered office at Aleja Monte Cassino 26, 75-412 Koszalin, Poland ("DelegateAI", "we", "us").
By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms cover website use only. Separate written service agreements govern individual client engagements.
2. Use of the website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the Site to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure, or engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the Site's operation.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site without notice if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

It describes the nature of DelegateAI's services and publishes original editorial content on the topic of AI agents and business process automation. Submitting a contact form or sending an email enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on the part of DelegateAI. Engagements are formalised only through a signed written service agreement. Any scope, timeline, or pricing discussed prior to a signed agreement is indicative only.

To the extent permitted by applicable Polish and EU law, DelegateAI excludes all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the Site and its content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Koszalin, Poland, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective from the date the updated terms are posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
